Two workers collapsed after cutting into a ballast tank on the LNG carrier Rasi; seven who went to help were also overcome. The Ship Recycling Board suspended operations at the yard.

Three probe reports say the gas-free certificate did not test for hydrogen sulphide in the ballast tank that workers pierced at Ferdous Steel; ten workers died and the yard has been temporarily suspended.
