Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 5 years’ experience in port services
- Maximum age 45
- Knowledge of terminal, vessel, gate and cargo operations, and import-export documentation
- Familiarity with TOS/N4; a certificate or diploma in port or vessel operations is an advantage
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and update berth plans and vessel schedules, working with shipping agents and CPA marine teams on ETA/ETD and vessel details
- Create vessel profiles and post BAPLIE files in the terminal operating system (NAVIS/N4)
- Plan yard allocation for import, export, empty, reefer, out-of-gauge and dangerous-goods containers in line with IMDG rules
- Monitor yard occupancy to reduce re-handling
- Plan and check stowage and bay plans with the central planning team
